Mumbai, Maharashtra, October 4: If you enjoyed Salman Khan in 'Kick,' there’s exciting news! The Bollywood superstar, affectionately known as 'Bhaijaan,' is gearing up for 'Kick 2.'
On Friday, producer Sajid Nadiadwala took to Instagram to share a behind-the-scenes photo of Salman Khan, showcasing his biceps. However, it was Sajid's caption that truly caught everyone's attention.
"It was a great Kick 2 photo shoot Sikandar!!! From Grand Sajid Nadiadwala," he wrote, sparking enthusiasm among fans.
Fans quickly took to the comments section to express their excitement for 'Kick 2.' One social media user commented, "Super excited...can't wait for Kick 2." Another added, "Best news...all the best, bhaijaan."
Directed by Sajid Nadiadwala, the original 'Kick' was released in 2014 and also featured Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Randeep Hooda, and Jacqueline Fernandez. Meanwhile, Salman is currently filming 'Sikandar,' directed by A.R. Murugadoss, which is set to release next Eid. Recently, Salman shared a photo from the sets of 'Sikandar,' where he is seen in a light blue shirt, smiling at a nearby screen, with producer Sajid Nadiadwala and director Murugadoss sharing a laugh with him. He captioned the post, "Looking forward to #Eid2025 with team #Sikandar #SajidNadiadwala's #Sikandar, Directed by @a.r.murugadoss, releasing in cinemas EID 2025."
In May 2024, the production house officially announced on social media that Rashmika Mandanna would star alongside Salman Khan in the film. The post stated, "Welcoming the fabulous @rashmika_mandanna to star opposite @beingsalmankhan in #Sikandar! Can't wait for their on-screen magic to unfold on EID 2025!"
Rashmika also took to her Instagram Stories to share her excitement, saying, "You guys have been asking me for the next update for a long time, and here it is. Surprise!! I'm truly grateful and honored to be a part of Sikandar."
