, actor and filmmaker, has reportedly acquired a high-end apartment in Mumbai's Jogeshwari area, expanding his property portfolio. Property documents reviewed by Zapkey peg the value at around Rs 2.78 crore.
This development comes amid the hospitalization of Khan's father, veteran screenwriter
at Lilavati Hospital due to a minor brain hemorrhage. Recent reports suggest the screenwriter is stable and on ventilator support.
According to the report, the apartment, acquired from Mutistar Builders LLP at over Rs. 22,000 per square foot, spans 1,243 square feet of RERA carpet area on the 27th floor of Autograph Residency—an upcoming project on Jogeshwari's Link Road.
The deal also includes two dedicated parking spaces, enhancing its overall value.
Reportedly, the deal was logged on February 17, 2026, incurring more than Rs. 16 lakh in stamp duty in addition to Rs. 30,000 for registration. Construction on the building is ongoing, and buyers can expect to take possession of the apartment by December 2030.
Arbaaz has carved a diverse career in Hindi cinema alongside Telugu, Urdu, and Malayalam projects.
